Fractus Antennas is pleased to announce the publication of our newest application note written specifically with smart meter manufacturers in mind.  We are delighted to support a technology which helps both energy suppliers and consumers go green when it comes to energy consumption.

In our application note we show how our ALL mXtendTM and RUN mXtendTM antenna components, both off the shelf and ready for implementation, perform in a testing configuration specifically designed to match typical smart meter device dimensions.  Our expert team carried out these tests with smart meter engineers in mind. We used our specialized antenna test and measurement equipment to provide results to help engineers understand how to achieve optimum antenna performance in their devices.

The ALL mXtendTM   has premium flexibility with the ability to be configured for functionality from 698 – 960 and 1710 – 2170 MHz, while the RUN mXtendTM    can  be tuned from 824 – 960 and  1710 – 2170 MHz.  Both the ALL mXtendTM and  RUN mXtendTM are pick and place and some of the smallest components on the market.
