At IGNION we may process your personal data for the following purposes:

How long do we keep your personal data?
In order to guarantee that the personal data are appropriate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, IGNION will keep your personal data only for a period that is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, given the requirements to respond to issues that are raised or to resolve problems, make improvements, activate services and fulfil the requirements of the applicable legislation. After this period, your personal data will be blocked in IGNION systems for the purpose of making them available to the competent authorities in order to attend to any potential administrative or legal responsibilities and the exercise or defense of complaints. Once the blocking period for personal data has passed, they will be permanently deleted.
In the case of the video surveillance, we keep the data one month. After this period, the data will be deleted.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Your personal data will only be communicated to third parties in order to comply with any legal obligations that may apply in each case, for example, to Public Authorities and/or Bodies whenever required by the applicable tax, employment or Social Security legislation, or any other that may apply.
In cases where you make a purchase your data may be communicated, wherever applicable, to financial institutions and payment service providers, fraud detection and prevention organisations, and logistics, transport and goods delivery suppliers. Such communications are strictly necessary in order to guarantee the delivery of your order.
IGNION shall not, under any circumstances, sell your personal data to third parties.
International transfers
International data transfers may occur in cases where the companies that IGNION shares your data with are located outside the European Economic Area. These are lawful, since appropriate guarantees to protect personal data have been established.
In cases where the destination country is not covered by an adequacy decision, IGNION will regulate the relationship with the third-party destination country by subscribing to the Standard Contractual Clauses adapted by the European Commission.
In all cases, third parties sharing certain personal data will have previously accredited the adoption of suitable technical and organisational measures for the correct protection of the same.

Right to submit a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint before the competent local Supervisory Authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Mandatory or optional information provided by the user
Users, by marking the appropriate boxes and entering the data in the proper fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or submitted in forms of discharge, expressly accept in a free and unequivocal way, that the provided data is required by the provider to meet the user request, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the responsible is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification of it. The Responsible reports and expressly warrants to users that his personal data will not be disclosed under any circumstances to third parties, and that whenever he held some sort of transfer of personal data, this action will be previously informed, requesting unequivocal consent of the user. All the data requested through the website is mandatory, since it is necessary for an optimal service to the user. If the data provided by the user is not complete, we cannot guarantee that the services provided here are completely adjusted to your needs.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, The Responsible complies with all provisions of the GDPR regulations on the treatment of the personal data, and clearly with the described principles on article 5 of the GDPR, which means the data provided is treated in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the user, using the provided data on an adequate, relevant and limited way and only for the purposes here explained.
The Responsible guarantees that it has implemented technical and organizational policies appropriate to ensure the security measures that establish the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of users and has communicated them whit adequate information so they can exercise them.
Third-parties artificial intelligence tools
By providing information relating to projects and products, you consent to its internal use, subject to strict confidentiality safeguards and only in anonymised and aggregated form, to generate reports using artificial intelligence tools. Such processing will be carried out exclusively within IGNION’s internal and secure environments, and the resulting information will not be disclosed externally or used to identify any customer, project or individual
